Joe & Michelle

We were both born Washington, DC and grew up in that area. Joe went to college in Pennsylvania and came back to Washington after college where he drove a truck for a year while waiting to go into the Army. He meet Michelle that year, went into the Army, got married, and began a wonderful 45 years with Michelle. After the Army, Joe  began his career with AT&T and lived and work for 25 years in the NJ and NY area. They have owned a house on Marco for about 17 years and still keep another home on Chesapeake Bay across from Annapolis.
Joe has played with his boats since 15 years old and they  have gone as high as 40 ft powerboat and 30 ft Sailboat. Michelle is really the fisherman of the group. We are now back to more manageable size boats both here and in Maryland.
Michelle is active in many of the club activities on Marco and we both look forward to new friendships with MBYC.

Dave and Eve became residents of Marco Island in 2001.  We continue to return to Chagrin Falls, Ohio for a few months in the summer to visit family and friends.  Eve was with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation for over 20 years until she found it difficult to coordinate long weekends in Florida with work.  Something had to go.  Dave remains active in several businesses in Ohio and Florida including aviation, custom packaging and the temporary employment industry.  We began our love of boating on Lake Erie 26 years and 7 boats ago.  We recently acquired a 285 OS Pursuit named Serendipity II for our Florida boat and are looking forward to new and exciting adventures.
